What We Do
Radical Transformation Group is proud to provide you with the knowledge, tools and interventions needed to enact immediate and long-term change. Rooted in intersectionality, our work supports teams of any size looking to increase productivity and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through facilitated conversations, workshops, and consulting, we curate an environment that is inclusive of all employees, clients, students, and community members.

Toni Marie Preston, MSW, LSW
Toni (she/her) is a licensed social worker, advocate, public speaker and consultant with more than 8 years of experience helping students, organizations, professionals and community members create environments rooted in anti-oppression, safety, empowerment, and accountability. Toni has worked in higher education, non-profit, and K-12 environments, promoting DEI and radical transformation through education, interventions, and research. Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Sociology and minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Illinois State University. She also holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Organization and Community Practice from University of Illinois at Chicago. She has a certificate in Human Services Management from The Network for Social Work Management and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from The University of South Florida.
