What We Do

The Radical Transformation Guru by Toni Marie Preston equips individuals, teams and organizations with the knowledge, tools, and evidence-based interventions needed to drive both immediate impact and lasting change.

Grounded in intersectionality and rooted in anti-oppressive practice, our work empowers clients to strengthen team dynamics, enhance productivity, and deepen their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Through thoughtfully facilitated conversations, transformative workshops, and strategic consulting, we help curate inclusive environments where employees, students, clients, and community members all feel seen, valued, and engaged.

Whether you're an individual change agent or part of a team ready for radical transformation, we’re here to support your journey!
